A Little About Me
I’m a wife and proud mother of four incredible kids who live and breathe hockey. With a household full of practices, games, and extracurriculars, I’ve learned just how valuable time, organization, and efficiency really are. More importantly, I’ve come to deeply appreciate the importance of maintaining a healthy work-life balance—something I believe everyone deserves, especially those working in high-pressure environments.
Over the past 14 years, I’ve held a variety of roles across the healthcare and business administration space—ranging from office management and reception to billing, booking, and managing both accounts payable and receivable. These positions gave me a front-row seat to the inner workings of busy practices and the challenges that come with them.
Running a successful practice takes far more than great service—it requires keeping up with never-ending tasks, tight deadlines, and the constant juggling of priorities. I’ve seen staff pushed to their limits trying to stay on top of account follow-ups while managing full days at the front desk. I’ve watched as month-end stress builds and late nights become the norm just to keep up with outstanding receivables. It can be overwhelming, and it often takes a toll not just on productivity, but on morale and personal well-being.
